Pilates A workout for mind and body to improve flexibility, body shape and posture.

Pilates/Yoga Blend - A fusion of two revered movement practices: Pilates and Yoga, the class will focus on the fundamentals of both.

Pilates II
Pilates Level II with Judd Robbins presents the latest innovations in Pilates training, both with and without props, in standing, sitting, and lying down positions. This one hour class offers an effective combination of strengthening and stretching that can work well for virtually everybody. Cues are offered throughout for variations in exercises according to participants' current fitness levels. Exercises are selected each week from both Joe Pilates' original classical set of exercises and from the latest Pilates certification program enhancements in the 21st century.

BodyMind Blend
A "new" twist for mind-body enthusiasts. A fusion of Yoga and Pilates

Power Flow Yoga - A dynamic, brisk and powerful yoga sequence to music.  This class focuses on coordinating breath and movement with a series of standing yoga postures.  Asana basic knowledge of yoga postures encouraged.

Circuit Plus Toning and strengthening utilizing a variety of fitness equipment.

Women with Weights WWW is a strength and contour class combining rhythmic aerobics, weight training, balance and agility.  Many tools and modifications are used to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities.  Instructors strive for variety and FUN!

Strength and Conditioning with Brandon - Using various equipment and body weight exercises, Brandon will take participants through intervals that will build strength and cardiovascular endurance.  This type of training increases your overall fitness level faster than traditional workouts!
