Fitness Center

Come visit our Fitness Center and enjoy air-conditioned comfort and a great mountain view while you work out! We offer an assortment of cardiovascular and circuit training equipment, free weights and weight machines. We continually add and update our equipment. Use of the fitness center is included in your membership. Sign-up at the front desk for your free orientation and beginning program.

Mason Heyne and Sherry Jackson are the staff contacts for the fitness center and our health and wellness programs.

IN-N-OUT LUNCHTIME BOOTCAMP - Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:10-12:45 pm, beginning March 3
No advance registration required.

Spring Break and summer are right around the corner! Join trainer Sherry Jackson for a quick and intense lunch time workout!  With a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training, cardio, strength, agility, and plyometrics you will never get the same workout twice!

Specialty Fitness Classes - Registration Required

 - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:15-7:00 AM
TRX takes cardio workouts to a whole new level as it strengthens, tones and develops lean muscles.Taught by Nige Kirby Certified Personal Trainer.
$50 Y-members; $65 Community for 4 week session

BARRE ASSETS - Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:15-5:15 PM, Ongoing
A body sculpting workout using small controlled movements designed to target your core and lower body. $30 Y-members; $50 Community for monthly class

CARDIO SHADOW BOXING - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 pm, Ongoing
An intense shadow boxing class. Instructor is able to work with all levels of fitness. Class focus is on upper body boxing punches and boxing foot work. Proper technique will be taught. Get fit not hit!
$50 Y-members; $75 Community for monthly class

NIA IMMERSION - Mondays, 4:30-5:30 pm, March 3 - March 24
Nia is a body-mind practice fusing dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. Each class in this series takes you a little deeper into Nia and into your own body.
