Come visit our Fitness Center and enjoy air-conditioned comfort and a great mountain view while you work out! We offer an assortment of cardiovascular and circuit training equipment, free weights and weight machines. We continually add and update our equipment. Use of the fitness center is included in your membership. Sign-up at the front desk for your free orientation and beginning program.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30-7:15 AM in Aerobics Studio 1
**Registration required** - Takes workouts to a whole new level. Strengthens, tones, and develops lean muscles while providing a great cardiovascular workout. Sign up early. Class limited to 10 participants.

EARLY AM INSANITY - Mondays & Fridays, 6:30-7:30 AM in Aerobics Studio 1
**Registration required** - This is a strength training fusion class, incorporating functional training into a circuit style class. This is the ideal class for those looking to get a great sweat before work. Early AM Insanity will help participants lose fat, increase muscle strength, and promote the development of a lean toned figure.
