Come visit our Fitness Center and enjoy air-conditioned comfort and a great mountain view while you work out! We offer an assortment of cardiovascular and circuit training equipment, free weights and weight machines. We continually add and update our equipment. Use of the fitness center is included in your membership. Sign-up at the front desk for your free orientation and beginning program.

Spring Break and summer are right around the corner! Join trainer Sherry Jackson for a quick and intense lunch time workout! With a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training, cardio, strength, agility, and plyometrics you will never get the same workout twice!

TRX takes cardio workouts to a whole new level as it strengthens, tones and develops lean muscles.Taught by Nige Kirby Certified Personal Trainer.
$40 Y-members; $60 Community for 4 week session
B-FIT BOOTCAMP - Wednesdays & Fridays, 6:30-7:30 am, August 6th to August 29th
A 4-week, rain or shine, outdoor bootcamp. This class is not intended for beginners. This bootcamp is hardcore! Taught by Mason Heyne.
